The shortage of rental apartments and rising costs continue to worsen.
With the Social Housing project, we have completely renovated some of our properties to rent them at moderate rates, thus offering a home to those who cannot afford market rents.
It is necessary to register for the Social Housing Call for Applications to access the apartments.
ISEE document with a value between €12,000.00 and €39,004.15
under the heading “Sum of household members’ income”.
Belong to at least one of the following Social Housing categories:
Single-parent families, Large families, Employed workers, Young couples under 35, Single persons/Students/PhD students/Researchers under 35 years old, Seniors over 65.
Once registered, you will be automatically placed in the Social Housing categories for which you meet the requirements. At any time, you can access your personal area to update your data and check your position in the rankings.
Every month we publish a Call for Applications Notice with the list of newly available properties. When each Call Notice expires, we publish the Rankings and begin contacting the top candidates to offer the apartments.
Even if you are not at the top of the ranking, you could still obtain an apartment.
Here we publish the rankings at the end of each call for applications. Use your registration code to check your position in each ranking, or log in to your personal area and check directly from there.
If you are interested in one of these properties and are registered for our call, send us an email at housing@spimgenova.it with your expression of interest, specifying the property you want. We will review all requests received and proceed with the assignments, giving priority to those who have been registered the longest.
