After the collapse of the Morandi Bridge, we launched a redevelopment project that involved the complete renovation of three buildings on Via Porro. Around 65 fully furnished and renovated rooms will be rented out at moderate rates, offering a housing solution for students, PhD candidates, or researchers under the age of 35.
Requirements
ISEE document with a value between €12,000.00 and €39,004.15 in the section “Total Income of Household Members.“
Must be under 35 and enrolled in a degree program or a postgraduate training program such as a master’s, doctoral program, specialization, or further education.
Register
Registration is mandatory, free, and without obligations.
Once registered, you will automatically be placed in the Under 35 Single Persons category. At any time, you can access your reserved area to update your information and check your status in the rankings.

If you meet the requirements, the earlier you register, the more chances you have to secure the accommodation.
We will publish the rankings at the bottom of the page and start contacting the top candidates. Don’t worry if you’re not among the top positions on the list: you may still get an apartment. Keep your phone handy.
