Social Housing
The shortage of rental apartments and the rising costs continue to worsen.
With the Social Housing project, we have completely renovated some of our properties to rent them out at moderate rates, thereby providing homes for those who cannot afford market rents. It is necessary to register for the Social Housing Call for Applications to access the apartments.
Requirements
ISEE document with a value between €12,000.00 and €39,004.15 in the section “Total Income of Household Members.”
Must belong to at least one of the following categories for Social Housing: single-parent families, large families, employed workers, young couples under 35, single persons/students/doctoral candidates/researchers under 35, or individuals over 65.
Register
Registration is free and without obligations.
Once registered, you will automatically be placed in the Social Housing categories for which you qualify. At any time, you can access your reserved area to update your information and check your status in the rankings.
Stay Tuned
Every month, we publish a Call for Applications with a list of new available properties. At the end of each Call for Applications, we publish the Rankings and start contacting the first candidates to offer the apartments.
Even if you are not at the top of the rankings, you could still get an apartment.
